Hi there! My name is Vicki and I make mats!! I really enjoy the creative outlet that designing door mats offers me! I knew I wanted to create doormats because it was an item I wanted to display at my own home. I tried laser-engraving the door mats at first, but found that the design fades really fast using that technique. So, after much research and many, many phone calls speaking with industry experts, my husband and I were able to find a better way! We use non-toxic adhesive and nylon fibers to create personalized long-lasting designs on our doormats. The process is time consuming and must be done over the course of a couple of days due to the many steps and heat-setting process.
